The Human Resources department comprises dedicated HR professionals who support the mission of the University by developing and implementing strategic human resources policies, programs and practices. We are committed to providing quality services to all faculty and staff, applicants for employment, and former employees (as benefit providers) in order to maintain and foster a committed and productive workforce by supporting the University’s effort in attracting, developing, retaining and engaging a high-performing workforce that’s devoted to excellence.

We continually strive to improve our customer interactions by streamlining processes and procedures, improving efficiency, as well as supporting the University’s commitment to diversity, equity, civility, respect and promotion of good working conditions and employee relations through open communication and faculty, staff and student involvement.

We serve as a resource to the University in such areas as benefits, wellness, recruitment, compensation, record keeping, labor and employee relations, compliance with federal and state labor regulations, and policies and procedures.
