This programme will provide you with the knowledge and skills to pursue a career in civil engineering.

You will apply critical reasoning and analysis techniques to solve engineering problems and develop your personal and business skills to prepare you for the demands of a professional civil engineering environment.

You will study modules that focus on areas such as civil engineering technology, engineering geology and soil mechanics, and structural analysis, design, maths, surveying, science and materials, and design procedures.

Entry Criteria

A relevant BTEC Level 3 qualification in Construction or Civil Engineering, 2 relevant A Levels, an access to Higher Education Certificate or in certain cases for those students with only good site experience the necessary study skills needed to successfully complete the qualification.
