The University has developed a partnership arrangement with Liverpool Anglican Cathedral and one element of this partnership will consist of a number of music scholarships involving the organ and choir. These outstanding opportunities will be available in 2017 for the first time and will consist of one to one tuition with nationally acclaimed music staff from the Cathedral.

The scholarships give successful students the opportunity to immerse themselves in the life of the Cathedral while undertaking their studies at LJMU.

In addition to music tuition discretionary payments will be made to cover any out of pocket expenses.

Awards will be offered on an annual basis in the first instance.
