  • 30 April for September (Term 1) start

On-campus accommodation booking deadline

  • 31 August (for students starting in September)

Term dates for 2016/17

  • Induction and Registration Week: 19 – 23 September 2016
  • Term 1: 26 September – 16 December 2016
  • Term 2: 16 January – 26 May 2017 (includes examination period)

Note: Students starting a new course in January are expected to arrive on 9 January for induction.

University closures

  • Christmas break: 24 December 2016 – 1 January 2017 inclusive
  • Easter break: 12 – 18 April 2017 inclusive

Student allocations to groups are currently being setup following option choices, if you have not chosen your options yet please log on to eVision. Please note that there may be changes made to seminars/tutorials up to the 2nd week of term.

Here’s our quick guide to viewing your Timetable

  • Click the timetable link and log in with your student number and network password
  • Choose the ‘Modules’ option on the left hand side menu
  • Control and click to select all your modules
  • Select the week you wish to view
  • Choose the desired format and click View Timetable for a display of the timetable for the selected modules that you are registered to take

You can also view your classes by using the ‘My Timetable’ option at the beginning of term . For further instructions please see the Student Timetable guide on the right.
