If you’re applying directly to Bath Spa and not through UCAS, you’ll need to send copies of qualification certificates which you have previously received to the Admissions office. Please send scanned copies by email to email@example.com.
If you’re applying through UCAS and are studying qualifications other than SQA, A Level or Irish qualifications, we will also require scanned copies of these certificates.
You’ll be informed of when these documents are to be received in your offer letter.

Processing your application
Your application will be processed by the Admissions team. You’ll receive an unconditional offer of entry if you have already met the entry requirements or conditional offer if entry is dependant on your exam results. If your application is unsuccessful, you’ll be informed.
Make us your firm or insurance choice
Once all of the universities you’ve applied for have made their decisions, you’ll receive an email from UCAS informing you of the deadline by which you’ll have to reply. You must make one firm choice and one insurance choice, and decline any other offers received.
If your results don’t meet our offer requirements, please check UCAS track or your email account to see if we’ve made a decision. If there’s no decision, call us on 01225 876180 to see if we are still able offer you a place. But, please be assured that if you do not meet our entry requirements we will show flexibility and always look to confirm your place where possible.
If you’re studying A Levels or a BTEC qualification, your results will be sent to us when they are released. If you’re studying towards a different qualification, or applied directly to us, you’ll need to scan and email your results firstname.lastname@example.org
