University Open Day

‌‌Look around facilities, take tours of our campuses, meet your prospective lecturers, see the student accommodation, and talk to the experts on money to study, careers and more at Open Day. We could even make you an offer of a place.*

Our Open Day is the perfect way to help you decide if you’ll be happy studying here; you can visit our fantastic facilities, speak to staff and students and find out why we’re second in the UK for graduate employability^.

‌What happens on the day?

Start your day with a Welcome Talk and get an overview of the University. Then, take in some talks, tours and workshops to find out more about studying here and visit our Campus Life zone to find out more aout accommodation, fees and finance, careers and employability opportunities, the Students’ Union and the support we have available to students.

‌Where will the Open Day take place?

Our three main campuses Wolverhampton City, Telford and Walsall will be open, so we make sure you go to the campus that teaches the subject you’re interested in. Our Burton Education Centre is also open for you to visit on day. If you’re interested in studying Adult Nursing, Children’s Nursing or Midwifery and live near our Burton centre it may be easier for you to visit there.

What if I can’t attend this Open Day?

We have many Open Days throughout the year, but if you can’t make any of them you don’t have to miss out on discovering what we have to offer.

Reasons may include courses being over-subscribed, you may not meet the entry requirements, or a course may not be available. The University will make every effort to help you find a suitable alternative course.

^Destination of Leavers from Higher Education. 96% of our class of 2015 were in work or further study within six months. For universities with 2,000 – 3,000 graduating students (full-time, undergraduate).
