You can use our online chat service to talk to us about anything learning centre related.

Our staff are happy to help from 8.45am until 7.15pm on weekdays and from 10.15am until 6.45pm at weekends. Outside of these hours queries will be answered by librarians at other institutions who will be able to answer most enquiries and refer any others back to Wolverhampton staff if needed.

Our 24/7 service enables you to check our opening hours, listen to and renew your loans.

Visit any one of our Learning Centres at Telford, Walsall and Wolverhampton Campuses and Queen’s Hospital site at Burton during their opening times.

Estates (Maintenance) are responsible for maintaining both the internal and external up keep of accommodation.

Using the FixIT! reporting system you will be able to identify any issues or faults that need repair inside and outside your accommodation.
