Health and fitness: from aquajog to zumbaWe offer nearly 60 exercise classes per week for you to try out and enjoy. You’ll be welcomed by instructors used to working with all levels of fitness and experience.

All activities are available to non-members but membership will give you free or discounted access to many activities.
