Thank you for submitting your application for admission to the University of the Arts! In order to be considered for admission to the School of Dance, you must pass an entrance audition.

In-person auditions and interviews have concluded for this season. To be considered for admission, please review and complete the requirements for Distance Auditions / Interviews, listed under “Scheduling an Audition / Interview.”

Portfolio & Audition Requirements

The University of the Arts seeks students who demonstrate talent and potential in their chosen creative discipline. Therefore, all programs require a portfolio, writing sample, audition and/or interview as part of the application for admission. These evaluations are used to determine acceptance into a program of study, as well as eligibility for merit-based scholarships.
