What is MyHR?
HR is introducing a new service for staff where you will be able to take control of your own personal data and carry out a number of tasks without filling in paper forms or needing to come into the HR Office. Phase 1 will allow you to:-
- View and amend your personal contact details, your equalities data and update your emergency contact details
- View and amend your bank details
- View your payslip (and opt out of a monthly paper payslip)
- View your absence history
- View your current job details
This service is available to use both on and off campus and you can even log in using a mobile device.
This MyHR User Guide can be used to help use and understand what you are able to do using MyHR.

On Monday 2 February all University staff will be able to view and amend their personal data. You will also be able to view your payslip, job history and absence history. You will receive a personal email on Monday explaining what MyHR is, how you can login, and where to get further help and support should you need it.
Later phases this year include sickness reporting and recording, expenses, and annual leave.
I would encourage all staff to check their details and to opt out of receiving a paper payslip, which helps our sustainability agenda.
