Blackboard Learn Help is available from UHI ServiceDesk. You should think of ServiceDesk as your first port of call for any technical queries you may have. Our friendly and highly skilled staff are there if you need help. ServiceDesk is open from 0900 – 1700 Monday to Friday.

To make sure you receive a timely service when raising a Servicedesk request you should provide a minimum of information which includes:
• Module code
• Module Name
• Brief description of the problem
• User ID for staff and students if applicable

- I got behind and it was too hard to catch up.
