In Britain, tourism employs around 2.6 million people and supports more than 200,000 small and medium-sized businesses. This programme has been developed to meet the demand for successful entrepreneurs and managers in tourism.
It will provide you with a critical understanding of tourism management and the global tourism marketplace, and will give you the ability and confidence to creatively solve management problems in the industry. You will learn to apply sustainable principles to the development of tourism and gain skills and knowledge in areas such as tourism marketing, human resource management, innovation, product development and destination planning.
