Park Villas

The Park Villas are based on the beautifully landscaped Park campus. The five villas (Grace, Jenner, Dowty, Tyndale and Cooke) house 36-39 students each. In total, 183 students reside in the villas.

Park Challinor

Challinor is based on our beautiful Park campus and has been recently renovated to a high standard. These halls feature a mixture of en-suite rooms and rooms with shared bathroom facilities.

Eildon and Merrowdown

Eildon and Merrowdown are two large regency properties, which have been converted to provide student accommodation on the Lansdown Road in Cheltenham, which is a 10-minute walk from the Park Campus. There are 27 students in each property divided into 4 floors with large kitchens. These halls are popular due to the easy access to both Park campus and the town centre.

Eildon and Merrowdown Annexe

Eildon and Merrowdown Annexe are new halls adjoining the existing Eildon and Merrowdown Halls. Each hall houses 18 students and there is a large courtyard area between the two halls. These halls are on the Lansdown Road, Cheltenham which is a 10-minute walk from the Park campus.

Spa Court

Spa Court is our newest halls of residence based exceptionally close to the town centre and within easy walking distance of Park Campus (around 15 minutes). These halls were brand new as of September 2013.

Spa Court is a Regency-style building finished to a very high standard. It comprises of 42 bedrooms and three studios spread across 8 flats with 6 students sharing each kitchen and lounge area (3 students sharing flat 1.) This Premium Plus Halls of Residence also features exclusive additions like flat screen TVs in rooms and kitchens, washer/dryers in each kitchen and Wi-Fi throughout.

Investments to the campus

As part of our expansion of the Media Centre, this year saw the opening of our new animation suite, and our film and TV studios.  2015 will also see the development of a brand new computing and technology suite.

We’ve also got some exciting plans to build a student village in Cheltenham.
