Zumba

Zumba program fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fun calorie-burning work out.

Each routine features an interval training session, mixing fast and slow rhythms to tone your body, strengthen your muscles, and improve cardio fitness, as you burn fat.

The program has become a worldwide sensation and is now taught in more than 110 countries. Zumba classes are offered through licensed instructors.

BODYPUMP™ is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat.

The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP™ a great starting point to develop strength and confidence.

It’s a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout.

Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each 50-minute or one-hour workout. You’ll use a step platform, a bar and a set of weights.

Yoga

  Our yoga classes are based on Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Energetic and challenging with focus on core strength and flexibility. Working with the breath to stay calm and relaxed through challenges each class has a 10 minute relaxation session at the end, fantastic for stress relief!

Boxercise

Body Box is a circuit style class including boxing stations, such as the focus pads, punch bag, skipping ropes, and other more general exercises found in a good circuit class. The workout uses the entire body and ensures a diverse workout.

  • Burn more calories in an hour than using a cross trainer
  • Raise overall fitness levels
  • Improve balance and timing
  • Improve hand eye co-ordination
  • Increase your heart and lung capacity through a full-body cardio workout
