About us

     University of Glasgow Sport is responsible for all the facilities and sports programme (health & fitness, recreational and club sport) delivered to our University community. Glasgow University Sports Association (GUSA) is the student public face of Sport at Glasgow and they actively engage and promote our programme across campus to all students.

We are a large and dynamic service department that manages and develops the sport provision at the University of Glasgow. We have over 80 full-time and part-time staff who work hard to ensure special and rewarding experiences for our members.

We firmly believe that there are huge benefits to participating in sport and are committed to reducing any barriers to taking part. This commitment is not just talk. We have over 15,000 members and over 2,000 use our facilities on a daily basis. This represents one of the highest participation rates in all the UK universities!

A workout that feels like a night out! Boogie, shake and sweat to club anthems, chart toppers with a flavour of R&B, Latin and hip hop thrown in.

BIKE INTRO & SET-UP
INDOOR CYCLING
New to the class or just new to our bikes. Your instructor will take the time to show you how to set up the bike and answer your questions, so that you will be confident and cycle well in any of our classes.
