eduroam (education roaming) is a secure, world-wide Wi-Fi service developed for the international research and education community.

eduroam lets students, staff and researchers from participating institutions connect to the Internet on campus and when visiting other participating institutions.

The level of access varies between institutions. As a visitor you’ll normally have access to the Internet only. This means you’ll be able to use webmail, FTP and other web based applications, but you may not have access to local facilities like applications and printing.
