We offer friendly, expert advice for our IT systems and software, in support of all UEL students and staff. We are based across all three campuses, and are responsible for IT Support, operations, information systems and infrastructure.
We also design, plan, develop and deliver UEL’s strategic direction for information technology and provide guidance on the development of best practice procedures. You’ll find 24/7 advice via this website, so check out our How to… section to see if your question is answered here.
Your first port of call for one-to-one advice is our IT Service Desk and you can drop in, call or email us for support and guidance. We offer this service across our campuses, and staff are available 9am-9pm every weekday during semesters. Our ITService Desks counters are also staffed during the daytime at weekends and during vacations. Contact us now.
