Staying in Norwich

A convenient location

The University hosts its own guest accommodation on campus at Broadview Lodge, and we are less than three miles from Norwich city centre. One of England’s most beautiful medieval cities, Norwich is ideal for shopping, the theatre or eating out.

Overlooking the broad from its site at the top of one of the modern UEA Residences, Broadview Lodge is wonderfully convenient for your visit to the University and the Norwich area. Close to shops, restaurants, banks and bars, all in walking distance within the campus. We are also just a stone’s throw away from the renowned Sainsbury Centre for the Visual Arts, an inspirational public art museum.

Other places to stay

Norwich also has a wide variety of hotels, bed and breakfasts, cottages and other accommodation to suit all needs and all tastes. There are a number of hotels and B&Bs close to the University, and for more information about accommodation in Norwich please go to the Visit Norwich website.

Summer Accommodation

Staying in Norwich this summer? Staying in Norwich this summer?

We have a limited number of rooms available for current UEA students who want to stay in Norwich for the summer period. While we prioritise rooms for students that have an academic need to stay during the summer we will consider applications from any current student who would like to stay.

We are only able to offer rooms to current UEA students. We do not offer rooms to students from other Universities or prospective students. If you need to stay at the UEA and are not a student here please contact Broadview Lodge, our on-campus guest accommodation.

This application form is not suitable for students coming to the UEA on an INTO pre-sessional course.
