About your Incident or Service Request

Use our Help4U form to contact us for help with staff or student IT-related incidents, service requests and queries.

  • When you use the Enquiry Form we need your @dundee email to help us log your incident or service request. If you require your password to be reset please use a personal email address and provide your UoD username or email.
  • We will contact you when you open a call and when we have met your request we will send a call to let you know your call is being closed.
  • We will only contact you in between opening and closing your call when we think you need an update or when we need more information from you. This aims to minimise the volume of emails in your mailbox.

Service Desk can help you with IT-related incidents, service requests and queries. You can:

  • Visit the IT Service Desk (Opening hours):
    • Ground Floor Main Library Entrance
    • Duncan or Jordanstone Library
    • Kirkcaldy Library
    • Ninewells Library
  • Register your query online using the Help4U form
  • Login to our Self-service Portal
  • Phone Service Desk on 01382 388000 (ext 88000) between 09:00-17:00 Mon-Fri
  • Email help4u@dundee.ac.uk
