University of Derby Kedleston Road Library, The library is situated in its own building on the Kedleston Road site of the University, and is entered through the Atrium.

Term time opening hours
Monday – Thursday8.00am – 10.30pm(Desk service from 8.30am – 9.00pm)
Friday8.00am – 7.00pm(Desk service from 8.30am – 5.00pm)
Saturday10.00am – 5.00pm(Full desk service from 10.00am – 1.00pm.  Loans and IT desk service only from 1.00pm – 5.00pm)
Sunday10.00am – 5.00pm(Loans and IT desk service only)

An access control system operates. All staff and students need their University ID cards for access. Provision is made for visitors to sign in at the library reception desk.

Wheelchair access assistance and a lift key is available from the library’s reception desk.

Lost property

If you believe you may have left your belongings in the library, please ask the staff at the library reception desk.

Please note that if USB memory sticks are handed in to us, we will view them in an attempt to identify and return them to their rightful owners.
