Going to university is probably one of the biggest investments you’ll make and the expense can seem daunting. It’s important that you’re aware of all the costs involved, as well as understand what grants, loans and other financial support you’re entitled to while you’re studying with us.

Funding for EU students

Current EU students and those starting in the 2017-18 or 2018-19 academic year will not be affected by the result of the EU Referendum, and will still have access to student loans. Even if their course finishes after the UK’s exit from the EU (‘Brexit’), EU students enrolling at UCA in 2018 will continue to remain eligible for undergraduate, master’s postgraduate and advanced learner financial support.

EU students on the Erasmus programme in the UK, and UK students on the Erasmus programme in Europe, will continue to be eligible for the Erasmus grant at least as long as we remain a member of the EU, and potentially beyond t

These fees are correct for the stated academic year only. Costs may increase each year during a student’s period of continued registration on course in line with inflation (subject to any maximum regulated tuition fee limit). Any adjustment for continuing students will be at or below the RPI-X forecast rate.

All fees are correct at the current time, but are subject to amendment as a result of changes in Government policy on tuition fees, entitlement to fee reductions and tax or benefit rules. You should check for the latest information before enrolment.

*No fees are charged to students studying a pre-degree course if you are aged between 19-23 on 31 August immediately preceding the start of the course, and studying for your first full level 3 qualification.
