Unitemps is UCB’s recruitment agency offering a service for employers wishing to recruit students, graduates and post graduates in the local area. We cover part-time, full-time, temporary or permanent recruitment, anything from a couple of hours cover to full-time work during the summer vacation. We provide an exemplary and speedy service to our local employers wishing to access our student and alumni talent.

We offer a free service for employers seeking to recruit students. Whether recruiting for full-time, part-time, casual, seasonal staff or graduate programmes hired@UCB can help
Register your requirements with our Jobshop facility and once authorised, vacancies can be advertised on our intranet Jobshop and if you contact hired@UCB, we can promote these vacancies on our campus information screens. This service enables students to search for suitable vacancies all year round. Advertisements will remain on Jobshop for as long as you require but you will need to contact us again to re-run any internal information screen campaigns.

Contact hired@UCB if you would like to make a presentation about your company to our students. We arrange for a wide variety of employer presentations throughout the academic year which are widely advertised across college. Full audio/visual facilities are available.
hired@UCB arranges a number of employer recruitment fairs throughout the year. Our main university wide events take place in November and May each year. Employers can exhibit at no charge and refreshments are provided.

*full time for at least 8 weeks to qualify for £1000, payable to employer on completion of internship
