Partial Pre-payment of Tuition Fees Policy

Pre-payment procedures for UCAS applicants

When a UCAS applicant has been made an unconditional offer and the applicant has informed UCAS that he/she wishes to accept the offer, and when UCAS notifies this University of the applicant’s acceptance, a standard pre-payment letter with the pre-payment policy will be sent to the applicant.

Once payment has been received in the University Finance Office, together with the signed pre-payment policy slip, an official offer letter will then be sent to the student to confirm the offer.

Pre-payment procedures for direct applicants

When the applicant has been made an unconditional offer, a standard pre-payment letter with the pre-payment policy will be sent to the applicant.
