How to Pay Tuition Fees
Tuition Fees Payments
Tuition fees are due at the start of each semester, payable in two installments on 1st October and 1st February. Alternative payment plans can be agreed only in exceptional circumstances, with prior agreement of the sales ledger supervisor.
The University’s preferred method of payment is Online. Tuition fees can also be paid by the following methods:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Bank Transfer
International Deposit Payments
We recommend that you make payments (deposit and full tuition fees) through our Online Store. Go to Online Store and select ‘Product Catalogue’ > ‘International’ > ‘Deposits’ and follow the instructions. You will need your Application Number (quoted on your conditional offer letter) and your date of birth.
3rd Party Payments
If your fees are being paid by a 3rd party other than the Student Loan Company (for instance, an employer or other sponsor), please ensure that your employer/sponsor has completed and signed a sponsorship agreement form (available as a download), and that the form is sent to the Sales Ledger Team, Finance, University of Chichester, Bishop Otter Campus, College Lane, Chichester, PO19 6PE before your start your course/modules.
A fast and efficient way to pay your tuition fees and accommodation charges, is by making payments online. You can also pay by instalments by setting up a recurring card payment using this facility.
Tuition Fee invoices will be sent once you have registered.
Please note: Online payment can also be accessed through the Applicant Information Portal (for new students) or Sonar (for existing students).
Paying on Behalf of a Student
If you are paying on behalf of a student and you do not have access to the Application Information Portal, go direct to online payments.
