University Of Chichester Netball

The University of Chichester Netball Club has had an amazing year. All the success achieved by the club this year was rewarded at the annual Sports Awards evening with Netball being named Club of the Year 2013/2014. For 2015 the club is aiming to build on last year’s achievements and become an even stronger club.

The club consists of 6 teams; teams 1 to 5 compete in various BUCS leagues and then the development squad compete against other local universities. The club facilitates competitive netball through the BUCS leagues as well as providing participation opportunities via the development squad. The club is open to all being able to cater for any individual’s needs and provide anyone the opportunity to play.

The netball club is developing its community links providing netball camps across the school holidays and on Saturday mornings. This year they have also donated to local charities after successful fundraisers held at the university such as our mixed tournament.
