University Of Chichester Counselling

At UTalk we recognise there are times in life when it’s easier to talk to someone outside your friends and family about issues that are bothering you.

We offer you the opportunity to talk through your personal problems and difficulties with a qualified and Registered Counsellor for an average of six sessions.  The counsellor will listen to you, be non-judgemental, respect your views and help you find your own answers and plan a way forward.

We provide an integrative counselling service, which offers Mindfulness, NLP, CBT, Relaxation Techniques, Professional Resilience training and Solution Focussed Therapy.   Email counselling is available, by arrangement, if you are away on placement or have difficulty reaching campus.

Come and talk to us if you are going through a tough time; we are here to listen and help you move towards your goals.

The UTalk University Counselling Service abides by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Ethical Framework; is confidential and open to all students.

Counselling assessments can be booked through our Support and Information Zone.

We look forward to meeting you.
