Open seven days a week, Bar Twenty10 offers a modern, fresh take on the traditional student union bar. It aims to provide students with a stylish experience, whether meeting for group work during the day, a game of pool or having a few drinks with friends.

Bar and Club Twenty10 host a number of events throughout the week, such as live music, comedy nights, karaoke, pool and pub quiz leagues, #ChooseYourOwn and the Saturday Sessions. Each year, the Bar and Club Twenty10 team talk to the student body to ensure the events are linked to what students want from their student experience.

With Club Twenty10’s state-of-the-art sound and lighting system, it’s able to host everything from DJ nights, to complex high-end live bands. Just some of the artists who have performed in our venue over the last 18 months include MistaJam, Rudimental, Pendulum, BTraits, Lucy Spraggan, Will Sparks and 5ive.

Perhaps what current students enjoy the most though, other than watching live artists perform, is what we like to call our ‘messy’ nights. We hosted the UK’s first ever UV Paint Party and this has now become a firm fixture on our events calendar. We have also hosted a Monster Munch Party, Popcorn Party, UV Bubble Party, Foam Party and we end every December with an indoor Snow Party.

We know safety can be a priority for students, and our experienced door team and management liaise with other departments in the University such as Student Support and Guidance, the Proctors Office, Chester Students’ Union and others to make sure the Bar and Club Twenty10 team are doing as much as possible from a welfare and student safety perspective.

So with a venue that’s located directly on campus, listens to what students want, and is host to an extensive selection of events, it’s easy to see why Bar and Club Twenty10 is the social hub of the Warrington Campus.
