Challenge the boundaries of physical expression through the theoretical and practical exploration of dance.

Course overview

During this course you will acquire strong performance and choreographic skills linked with a critically informed approach to current dance practice. There will be opportunities to perform, create and teach dance in different contexts. Technique classes include: release-based approaches, Flying Low Technique and Skinner Releasing Technique, alongside traditional dance techniques such as Limon, ballet and body conditioning.
