University Of Bristol Degree Certificate
If you are attending your graduation ceremony you will receive your degree certificate at the ceremony.
If you graduate in absentia, your certificate will be posted to your registered home address, after the degree congregation has ended. You can check the address that is currently registered for you at the Home Address link on the left hand side of your Student Info page, and change it there if necessary. Alternatively you can arrange to collect your certificate in person, or nominate someone to collect it for you, from the Examinations Office, 2nd Floor, Senate House, Tyndall Avenue on Monday 24 or Tuesday 25 July 2017. Please email your name and student number to firstname.lastname@example.org, or provide the name of your nominee if someone is collecting your certificate on your behalf. Your nominee will need to show some identification when they collect your certificate.
Please note that it is not possible to obtain your certificate before you have graduated at a ceremony, either by attending or in your absence, but you can request a verification of award for use in the meantime if required.
The Examinations Office are responsible for issuing degree certificates and verifcations, so please visit their website for further information, or contact them direct with any enquiries about your certificate or verification of award.
Transcripts are provided by your faculty office, so please visit the relevant faculty website for details or contact them direct for further information.
Please do not direct enquiries regarding degree certificates or transcripts to the Graduation Office.
