The University of Brighton has five campuses: three in Brighton, one in Eastbourne and one in Hastings.

Situated in the county of East Sussex along the south-east of England, Brighton is 90 km from London, Eastbourne is 125 km from London, and Hastings is 100 km from London. Eastbourne is 40 km from Brighton, and Hastings is 20 km from Eastbourne.

Travel links are excellent. The M25/M23 motorway link provides easy road access to London and the rest of the country, while mainland Europe is a short journey by air, train or ship from various departure points.

Bicycle: There are cycle lanes running all the way from Brighton city centre to Falmer along Lewes Road (A270) via the Moulsecoomb campus. On campus there are plenty of covered cycle stands monitored by CCTV.

Bus: There is a free shuttle bus between the Falmer and the Moulsecoomb campus. The 25 and 23 run regularly from central Brighton as does the environmentally friendly Big Lemon Bus. Train: The closest station is Falmer. There are up to four trains an hour from Brighton to Falmer (9 minutes), two an hour direct to Eastbourne (35 minutes) and regular services to Hastings (70 minutes).
