You vote in the Leadership Race.  The President is responsible for the day to day running and decision making at the Union. The President and the Student Trustees sit on the Trustee Board, which is BSU’s overall governing body.

You can contact the President at any time by emailling President@BoltonSU.com. The President has been elected to represent you.  If you think there should be a campaign on a particular issue that affects students – then suggest it.

Bolton Students’ Union is the representative body for all students at the University of Bolton.  We exist to represent you, provide services for you (social, commercial and welfare) without discrimination on grounds of sex, race, sexuality, age, religion or creed.

When you enrol as a student at the University of Bolton you automatically become a member of the Students’ Union. This entitles you to use any of the services and facilities that we offer. The Union is here for your benefit and we work purely in the interest of all students.

SO WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Bolton Students’ Union is a union run for students, led by students so every year you elect the students who will run Bolton SU and represent the student voice. The votes are in and the results of the 2017 Leadership Race have been announced!
