University of Bath Tennis
What We Do
The University of Bath Tennis Club (proudly sponsored by the Lamb and Lion pub) is one of the largest sports clubs within the university and provides the opportunity for players of all standards to make tennis a key part of their life whilst here at Bath. Whether you have the talent and dedication to be a BUCS team player, want to train hard at the sport you love with other like-minded people, want to improve your skills with coaching or just fancy meeting some new people for a hit, the club has it all to offer.
We also have a tradition of BUCS success, and our rigorous performance training programme provides team members with access to the highest quality of coaching expertise in addition to strength and conditioning.
Whatever your previous experience in tennis, whether you are a complete beginner, have played tennis for your school and/or club, or even competed nationally or internationally, we are certain that we have something to offer you.
We regularly host holiday camps for children from 4-16 years old. Sessions are tailored to all abilities, developing key fundamental skills through fun games and point play.
For full details about our upcoming holiday camp, see our Coaching, courses and classes page.
We offer a thriving club coaching programme for all ages and abilities, including options for individual lessons.
Our team of first class tennis coaches each have experience of playing tennis at a high level and work hard to tailor coaching sessions to suit the needs of individual players.
