University of Bath Postcode
To receive mail while living on campus, you’ll need to use the correct mailing address for your room. You can find this on your room offer.
Mail addressed to you should also include your name, plus the name of your accommodation building, block, level and room number.
For example:A Person
University of Bath
Mail is delivered to shared, passcode-protected mailboxes, allocated by kitchen group. Mailbox rooms are found across campus and in city centre accommodation.
|Accommodation complex||Mailbox location|
|The Quads||Alongside Acer Quad|
||Wessex House, between Barclays bank and the Fresh shop|
||Next to the East Accommodation Centre|
||Next to the Eastwood Lodge Parcel Room|
Your mail will be available direct from the Mail Room until the box is repaired.
Any misdirected mail or mail for previous occupants should be placed in the Returns box.
We stop delivering mail at the end of the academic year and any post will then only be held for a further 28 days. After this time any mail remaining on site or any further mail received will be returned to the sender. Please ensure you update your address details to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience.
Parcels and signed-for mail
If you live on campus, mail items too big for a mailbox or that need a signature will be taken to the Parcel Room at Eastwood Lodge.
If you live in city centre accommodation, these will be held at the City Accommodation Centre.
We will email you through your University email account to let you know your item has arrived. You will need to bring the reference number, which is included in the email we send, and some form of photograph ID such as your University library card, driving license or passport.
