Fitness classes

We typically offer more than 30 studio fitness classes per week, offering solutions for a range of individual goals whether x-biking classes or yoga, ab attack or pilates, Zumba or circuits. We have programmes for beginner, intermediate and advanced visitors.

Prices and memberships

Our classes last for either an hour or 30 minutes.

Hour-long classes cost £4.30*
30 minute sessions cost £3.30*

*Concession rates available

We offer a wide range of annual and monthly membership packages, including a deal for our fitness classes.

Fitness classes

We typically offer 48 studio fitness classes a week, each of which offers something for everyone. Our classes include: x-biking; yoga; ab-attack; zumba; kettlercise; beach circuits; body conditioning; triathlon; kettle bell workouts; and leg, tums and bums. Our pilates offering includes beginners, intermediate and advanced sessions.
