Active for Life Yoga

Active for Life classes are suitable for those who are new, returning to exercise or for the active older adult.  This gentle and general yoga is ideal for improving posture, stretching muscles as well as relaxing the mind and body.  These classes are available as pay per class drop-in options for non-members.

BeachBody Live – PiYo

NEW for Summer 2016, PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We crank up the tempo a little to deliver a truly fat-burning, low-impact workout.
