BeachBody Live – PiYo

NEW for Summer 2016, PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. We crank up the tempo a little to deliver a truly fat-burning, low-impact workout.

BeachBody Live – Insanity

A cardio session mixing elements such as endurance, strength and agility to help you reach your fitness goals.

Les Mills – RPM

A cycling workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. If you want a true sense of achievement, get into a RPM class today.

A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way

BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
