Before you arrive

Before you arrive at Brookes you will be sent a password for the Applicant section of your Personal Information Portal (PIP) where you can complete online enrolment for your course and pay your fees. Please see Pre-arrival registration for more details.

After you arrive

Access to all the facilities on your PIP will be available to you once you have completed face-to-face enrolment at Brookes. This includes your Brookes email account, internet access in Halls (Hallnet) and your timetable.

Once this process is complete and you have shown the appropriate identification at face-to-face enrolment, you will be given a new PIP password which will allow you to access your personal details. • your record (how you are doing, including marks and grades at the end of each semester)

The password will also give you access to your Google account, including your Google calendar where you will find your timetable.
