Oxford Brookes University in Swindon
Opened in August 2016, the Joel Joffe Building provides the perfect platform for the courses we teach in Swindon. Having recently moved from our old Ferndale Site our students are already benefiting from the new facilities our new building offers.
Located on the Delta Business Park to the west of Swindon town centre the new campus is enhancing our teaching, learning and research activity, as well as providing more space to increase our student numbers and meet the demand of the local NHS Trusts.
Swindon Campus has undergone a new development and refurbishment, and is home to state-of-the-art academic facilities including a subject library, clinical skills lab and up-to-date simulation training equipment. More information about the facilities at Swindon can be found on the Health and Life Sciences faculty page.
Alongside the academic facilities, Swindon has collaborative working spaces, social areas and a catering outlet offering a range of hot and cold food. The support services team also ensures that Swindon students have access to a full range of support and advice services on campus.
Swindon Campus is based in the Joel Joffe Building on the Delta Business Park, two miles west of Swindon town centre, close to the West Swindon amenities and retail parks.
There are local bus services connecting the Swindon campus to the town centre, and Swindon Rail Station has good train links to Oxford, London and several other major UK cities. Download the campus map here
