The property was newly constructed in 2006 with fully accessible raised floors and full air conditioning. It is located in the ‘café’ quarter close to Cardiff City Centre. The main rail and bus terminals are close by. The University occupied the property from 12 March 2007. Unison occupies the adjoining building.
There are on-site accessible car parking spaces.
Unisex toilets with wheelchair access are on all levels.
An assistive listening system is permanently installed in the Meeting Room(s).
Braille signage is available.
Seating is available for rest purposes.
There is level access from the street.
