BA Fashion Communication and Promotion is a practice based, multi-disciplinary course that prepares you to make your contribution to the world of fashion.
Do you want to help a fashion brand develop an identity with meaningful values at its heart, or devise a compelling online campaign to promote its products? Can you see yourself styling and photographing a fashion shoot that could provoke questions about our society? Maybe you envision new possibilities for fashion retail using digital technology, or want to create captivating window displays. This course will enable students to develop strong ideas and innovative strategies to build, grow, sustain and promote global fashion brands.
The Fashion Communication and Promotion course enables you to develop strong conceptual, visual and written communication skills and explore a broad range of techniques in art direction, styling, photography, graphics, retail design, fashion writing and advertising.
By cultivating an original approach to fashion communication you will graduate with a varied portfolio of creative work produced using an array of tradition and digital media, preparing you for a future in the fast moving fashion industry. This course is designed to help talented and self-motivated students become excellent creatives and strategists for fashion. Entry requirements include a strong creative portfolio (not necessarily fashion-based) and a strong desire to build a career in the fashion industry.
