The Course

Modules

Year 1: Studies concentrate on the principles of knowledge on which quantity surveying is based.

Year 2: Concentrates on the traditional role of the quantity surveyor and prepares students for work in the optional placement year.

Year 3: Optional sandwich year. Final year: The broader role of the quantity surveyor is investigated while further developing academic skills including critical analysis, research and problem-solving.
