IT Self Service is a web-based portal that gives you 24/7 access to:


  • Report a fault and receive a confirmation email with your log number
  • Raise a request for a new PC or laptop, a visitor IT account etc.
  • Track the progress of a log, update or chase it
  • View your log history
  • Read helpful FAQs without the need to contact the Service Desk
  • Give  feedback on the services you receive
  • Update your staff personal profile page
  • View the IT services status

The portal is available to all staff and students – log in using your Plymouth University username and password.

Main library closes at 22:00. Users wishing to stay will be asked to relocate to room 003 at 21:50
