King’s Sport Health and Fitness aim to provide all students studying at King’s with the opportunity to exercise no matter where they are living. With that, we have been able to reach out to King’s Students living in King’s residential halls of residences through the launch of our new Hall’s Gyms.

Brand New fitness suites have opened at Great Dover Street Apartments and at Champion Hill Apartments. In addition, students living at Stamford Street Apartments have access to the gym located at Waterloo.

WHAT DO WE HAVE?

All gyms consist of cardiovascular treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, steppers and lateral trainers as well as resistance equipment ranging from leg curl to extension and seated row to assisted dip and chin machines. All of our equipment is supplied by Pulse Fitness and maintained by our team located at the Waterloo Gym.

Additional help is also available by our Fitness Coach team. Weekly Fitness Coaches are available for inductions, questions, and generic exercise advice. Another aid to engage in physical activity is the BeActive Programme who conduct weekly circuit classes in the gyms.
