An exciting opportunity is now available working with HCUK Training as an Employability Trainer. The post is full time for 37 hours per week with a salary of £24,000 – £27,000 per annum.
This role will appeal to candidates who enjoy working in a rapidly changing sector and who enjoy being able to help shape the growth of a company.
As an Employability Trainer you will need to be innovative, delivering a wide range of Employability and vocational training including English and maths at a range of levels leading to success rates above National Average and high levels of Learner progression.
You will also be responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate and compliant completion of paperwork, including learner eligibility, attendance and contact records, individual action plans and learner exit and outcome documentation.
The position requires flexibility, enthusiasm and the ability to work as part of a wider team, training learners who are unemployed and supporting their access to further development, training and progression routes across a range of HCUK sites and venues.
The ideal candidate will have recent and relevant experience of working in a fast paced environment with an appropriate training qualification and evidence of commitment to personal development and continuous improvement and hold a valid driving licence. Proven competence of delivering government funded programmes and knowledge of ESF is desirable, as is having Industry related experience in specified sector or with an employer engagement based role.
