Bursaries and Scholarships

Hull College Group offers a range of bursaries and scholarships to financially support students studying Foundation Degree, BA (Honours), Higher National Diploma (HND) and Higher National Certificate (HNC) courses.

Full Scholarship Full fee waiver for the duration of the programme You must be studying full or part time in the LEP priority areas of Health and Social Care, Young Children’s Learning and Development, or Cosmetic Aesthetics*. Candidates will also originate from an area of social and economic disadvantage. Up to 6, minimum of one per campus per year. Deadline date: 25 September 2017
Employability Internships One week of work shadowing in a graduate role with mentorship Targeted towards students in the final year of an undergraduate degree, foundation degree or HA/DA to support graduate employability. Applications are particularly welcomed from students who have a disability, to assist in supporting their transition into employment. 10
Wilberforce Scholarship £1,000 per year for a maximum of 3 years of continuous study Applications are particularly welcomed from students leaving care settings, providing care for others. 5
Higher Apprenticeship Bursaries £500 per year for a maximum of 3 years of continuous study Targeted towards students on Higher/ Degree Apprenticeships. 10
Progression Bursaries £500 per year for a maximum of 3 years of continuous study Targeted towards students in the first year of study who have progressed from Level 3 within the Group, or partner institution. Up to 20
STEaM Bursaries £500 per year for a maximum of 3 years of continuous study Targeted towards students in the first year of study who have progressed from Level 3 and are applying to study STEM subjects, including those within the ‘Arts’ discipline. Up to 20
