Harper Adams University Fees

Fees for full-time UK and EU undergraduate students* starting at Harper Adams University in the 2017/18 academic year are:

  • All courses: £9,250
  • Placement year: £1,850

You will not have to pay any tuition fees before you begin university or while you are studying if you take out a student loan to cover these costs. Taking out a student loan would mean fees would be paid directly to the university on your behalf.

International fees

Students on full-time undergraduate courses who are classed as overseas for tuition fee purposes for the academic year 2017/18 will pay:

  • All courses: £10,200 pa
  • Placement year: £3,100

Deferred entry

Students who defer entry will pay the tuition fees applicable to the academic year they begin studying with us.

Undergraduate part-time study fee basis calculation

The cost of the full award for a part-time undergraduate course is calculated on a pro-rata basis of the full time equivalent award cost shown above. The University reserves the right to increase fees for subsequent years in 2018/19 and beyond, for new and continuing students, by no more than the Consumer Price Index published in September of each subsequent year. We can offer payment options to spread the total award costs over the part-time study period, in line with the volume of study undertaken. Further information can be obtained from the Finance Office

Other course specific costs

In addition to the published tuition fees, students should also bear in mind that there may be additional costs which they need to consider as part of their course of study, including costs ordinarily expected as part of Higher Education study, such as stationery and core text books.
