Glasgow Caledonian is an exciting and vibrant city centre University which welcomes research students. PhD research students work with academics within our three Schools. Prospective applicants are encouraged to look at the individual academic Schools, and make informal enquiries to staff working within the area of intended research.
How to Apply
Applications can be made throughout the year, with programme start dates in October, February and May each year. Applicants can find the GCU Research Application Form and further information about the application process from our Postgraduate Admissions Service. Completed application forms are sent with a copy of qualifications, English Language certificates and also a 2-4 page research proposal to:
