Hatha Yoga – suitable for beginners and intermediate students, covering breathing techniques, a Hatha flow warm-up, Hatha poses with different monthly themes and meditation.
Starting Tuesday 19 January, 5.30pm-7pm in Library A
£4.50 drop in for students or £5 for others
