Falmouth University Strategic Plan

For over 100 years, Falmouth University has been a dynamic centre for creative learning and innovation.

Our Strategic Plan 2015-2020 is focused on guiding our students into successful careers in the Creative Industries, and making a major contribution to the growth and success of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

Our Strategic Plan and its three supporting strategies are available to download:

Falmouth University Strategic Plan

Established over a century ago, Falmouth University has evolved from an art school into one of the UK’s top creative universities. Based in Cornwall, we operate on a global scale working with the creative industries to promote economic growth at a range of levels.

Benefiting from significant investment, we offer a legacy of harnessing funds to release creative capital. We’re particularly proud of our entrepreneurial record, having established a number of game-changing initiatives to tackle societal issues including employment, sustainability and the role of digital technologies.

With over 4,000 students, representing 100+ countries, we’re a truly global facing organisation. Our partnerships reflect this diversity and ensure that our approaches keep pace not just with UK competitors, but with the world’s best.
