There is an opportunity for a dynamic HR Director to join us, to lead and drive the transformation of the University’s HR function, developing an agile workforce that will deliver Falmouth’s ambitious plans for growth and development over the next 10 years and beyond.

The HR function is responsible for both the University and Falmouth Exeter Plus (FX Plus), a joint enterprise with the University of Exeter that looks after the shared facilities and services at the Penryn campus, including the student accommodation, libraries, and a nursery.
